HELIX is a hook-native perpetual DEX on Base mainnet. A single v4 hook turns the canonical USDC pool into a perp engine — every position settles against the same liquidity the spot market trades on. The contract has no owner, no proxy, no governance: every parameter (margin tiers, liquidation bounty, funding clamp, HLP drawdown gate) is a public constant.
